Our reason for being
DOTEAM Executive Search is a direct approach recruitment firm dedicated to supporting companies in the transformation of their strategic activities and the digitalisation of their professions, in France, Morocco, and Africa. Since 2024, we have been assisting our clients in France/Morocco and France/Africa relations.
Within these international companies, CEOs, members of the COMEX or CODIR have ambitions for accelerated development and transformation. Their objectives: to ensure vital growth for their company, rethink their existing organisational model, establish a managerial culture focused on change management, professions, and business. They wish to embody values of innovation, agility, and flexibility to integrate new technologies and working methodologies.
