DOTEAM Executive Search is a direct approach recruitment firm dedicated to supporting companies in the transformation of their strategic activities and the digitalisation of their businesses, in France, Morocco, and Africa. Since 2017, we have been assisting our clients in France/Morocco and France/Africa relations.

Within these international companies, CEOs, members of the COMEX or CODIR have ambitions for accelerated development and transformation. Their goals : to ensure vital growth for their company, rethink their organisational model, establish a managerial culture focused on change management, professions, and business.
